The Story:
Before:
When we started working together in summer 2021, the business itself was already strong. The in-person experience was elevated, the providers were highly skilled, and the results spoke for themselves. But online, none of that translated. Content was occasional, mostly Canva graphics, with no clear pillars or consistency. The feed didn’t reflect the luxury, professionalism, or trust clients felt once they walked through the door. And in an industry like aesthetics — where trust is everything — that gap mattered.
What We Changed:
We didn’t just “post more” — we built intention behind every piece of content. We structured their strategy around four clear pillars:
Education & transparency (so treatments felt less intimidating)
Provider trust (real faces, real expertise)
Client results (proof, not promises)
Relatability (making the brand feel human, not clinical)
With a consistent 3x per week posting cadence, we shifted the tone from promotional to relationship-driven. Instead of simply listing services, we showed:
Who’s performing the treatments
What the process actually looks like
Why it works
What clients can realistically expect
The goal was simple: make potential clients feel comfortable and confident before they ever book.
After:
Over time, the shift compounded. Engagement increased, the audience became more interactive, and the brand started to feel recognizable and trusted online. Their social presence finally reflected their real-life experience — polished, knowledgeable, and welcoming. As demand grew, the business expanded into a larger location with additional service offerings, scaling alongside a social presence that supported this next chapter. They didn’t just gain followers — they gained credibility.
