The Story:
Before:
When we started working together in September 2025, they were posting often — but without strategy. Most of the content was static images or franchise-provided graphics. While polished, it didn’t capture what made this specific location special.
Engagement was minimal. Most posts averaged around 400 views. There was no clear direction, and the content wasn’t building connection with the audience.
In person, the candle bar was warm, creative, and experience-driven. Online, that energy wasn’t translating. And for a business built around experience, that disconnect mattered.
What We Changed:
We didn’t just increase video — we shifted the focus entirely to experience.
We structured content around three clear pillars:
In-store experience
Education (how it works, scent tips, behind-the-scenes)
Community + events
With a consistent 3x per week posting cadence, including two videos weekly, we moved away from product-first, corporate-driven posts and leaned into storytelling.
Instead of just showing finished candles, we showed:
Customers pouring their own
The scent-making process in action
Friends celebrating birthdays and events
The atmosphere inside the studio
The goal was simple: let viewers feel what it’s like to visit before they ever walk through the door.
After:
The shift compounded quickly. Engagement increased, monthly views climbed to 15K+, and the audience became more interactive. People began commenting, sharing, and following along with the brand’s story.
By consistently showcasing the full Sea Love experience — from scent creation to the studio atmosphere — the content created real connection. Casual viewers started turning into an engaged community.
They didn’t just improve performance metrics.
They built personality, recognition, and a social presence that reflects the real magic of the store.
