THE SNAPSHOT:
These Pilates franchise locations went from generic, corporate-heavy posting to vibrant, community-driven social presences that reflect the energy inside their studios.
Corporate graphics → Real instructors and members
Inconsistent posting → Consistent 3x/week strategy
Generic fitness content → Local, community storytelling
20K monthly views → 35K–60K+ monthly views
Their social media stopped feeling like a franchise page — and started feeling like their studio.

The Story:
Before:
When we started working together in winter 2025, the studios already had strong communities. Members were loyal. The in-person culture was supportive and welcoming.
But online, that didn’t translate. Posting was inconsistent and relied heavily on corporate-provided graphics. While those assets were polished, they felt generic. The content didn’t reflect the instructors, relationships, or local personality that made each studio special.
At the time:
Coralville was averaging around 20.3K monthly views
Bettendorf was around 12.7K
Cedar Rapids was around 14.1K
The foundation was there — but the connection wasn’t.
And for a membership-based business built on community, that gap mattered.
What We Changed:
We shifted the focus from corporate-driven content to community-driven storytelling. We built strategy around four clear pillars:
Education (movement tips, benefits, form guidance)
Member milestones
Community events
Relatability
With a consistent 3x per week posting cadence, we prioritized original, in-studio content over franchise graphics. Instead of generic posts, we showed:
Instructors teaching in real time
Members celebrating milestones
The relationships happening inside the studio
The supportive culture that makes people stay
The goal was simple: make social media feel like stepping into the studio.
After:
The growth has been dramatic.
Coralville now consistently sees 60K+ monthly views
Bettendorf averages 35K+
Cedar Rapids averages 40K+
More importantly, engagement has grown alongside the reach. Instructors and members are actively liking, commenting, and sharing — even talking about the posts during class. It’s not just increased visibility; its real connection. Their social presence now reflects the same welcoming, supportive energy members experience in person. They didn’t just grow their numbers — they strengthened their community.
